At Rolife, we have selected for you a premium olive variety called Nabali olives, blended with a Palestinian olive variety called K18. The juice of this olive variety is characterized by its yellow-green color and an apple-like taste that evokes the taste of green almond leaves. It has a strong, fruity flavor with a high concentration and density. After harvesting, it is pressed at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius using the most modern Italian presses, within a period not exceeding 10 hours from harvest time. The result is extra virgin olive oil that is not oxidized and has an acidity level of less than 0.3. Its quality is as high as the Creator created it for us at the beginning of creation.
